Can't quite find the time to get your business on the web or update that old site? Call or email and we will make it easy for you to get your Charlotte County business on the web!
POP Emai Accountsl
All our plans include at least 5 POP email accounts. Assign them to your most important employees, family, whomever you'd like.

Forwarded Email
Most people find it easier to have their email forwarded to their existing email account. We can offer you as many email addresses as you like using this method. Your customer still sees yourname@yourdomain.com as your email address but you are receiving and sending your email the same way you are now, through your ISP (Internet Service Provider). For instance, if you are using Earthlink to get on line you have an email address such as yourname@earthlink.net. We would set our server to accept email sent to yourname@yourdomain.com and to immediately send it to yourname@earthlink.net where you would receive it next time you logged on to Earthlink and collected your email.

Switching ISP's
Next time you have to switch to a new ISP your customer's won't even notice. Thet still send your email to yourname@yourdomain.com but we switch our server to forward it to yourname@yournewISP.com. You don't have to notify anyone but us.

SPAM Blocking
SPAM is, and will be for the foreseeable future, a problem for anyone with an email address. Just as junk mail is to anyone with a mail box. Since Email is Electronic and by the very concept of the internet is accessible to anyone, it is hard to imagine how it can ever be controlled. We can't make laws that are enforceable in every corner of the globe, which is where a lot of our SPAM originates. But there are things we can do to help reduce the amount of SPAM which we have to pick through every day. We use two methods, DNS Blacklist and a SPAM Trap Email address. More . . .
